Submit physical business locations and GovFiles will match each one to its legal operator, registration, published principals, and available people records. The asynchronous workflow uses two endpoints:
  1. Create a batch of 1–500 locations.
  2. Poll the batch until it is succeeded or failed.
The polling endpoint returns the complete result document in its result field when the batch succeeds. There is no separate result-download endpoint.
Every location must include name and address. You may optionally provide phone, email, and website to improve matching. customer_record_id is optional: when omitted or null, GovFiles generates one and returns it with the result. Every matched and unmatched result also echoes the submitted restaurant, so generated IDs remain attributable to the original location. Rows returning at least one person cost 15 credits. Rows with no people and status polling are free.
